Skull Air Cleaner Kits
Fits '91-'06 Sportster Models with CV Carb
Not for the faint of heart, our new Skull Air Cleaner kits are a vile and sinister addition to any bad-ass ride. The outer cover is the same high-strength, extremely rigid composite cover we sell for S&S carbs. These kits also include a backing plate and high-flow filter element as well as any necessary brackets, crankcase breathers or hardware required for a quick and easy installation.
Applications called out for CV carb will bolt directly to stock 40mm or Screamin’ Eagle 44mm CV carbs. These kits can easily be adapted to work on Mikuni HSR42/45/48, S&S Shortys, or other aftermarket carbs. See Air Cleaner Accessories Page for complete adapter listings.

Hi-Five Air Cleaner Kit
The Hi-Five is the first offering in Inhaler Series of high performance air cleaners. Its five-spoke, tiered and slotted design makes it look and perform spectacularly. Stylized bosses with screws give a sturdy, heavy-duty appearance. Approximately seven inches in diameter and three inches thick, this unit packs a ton of performance into a relatively small package.
Features:
• Chrome plated, die-cast construction.
• Large slotted openings for excellent airflow.
• An exclusive K&N filter, designed by Küryakyn, passes smoothed and filtered air through its sides and outer end.
• Backing plate designed for minimal disturbance of air column as it enters the carburetor. A snap-in ring covers the fasteners; the radius of its inside edge flow bench tested for optimum flow.
• Convenient threaded ports on the backing plate provide convenient locations to connect crankcase breathers or float bowl vents if needed (both plugs and fittings are included).

Corsair Air Cleaner
We tested many of our competitor’s forward facing aircleaners and found them to be very restrictive. We designed many models until we settled on this very aggressive, free flowing, truly high-performance unit. The chrome-plated die-cast housing with high-flow filter element supplied by Advanced Flow Engineering (aFe) is easy to install and air-flow will support performance engines in excess of 100 HP.
Note: Installation of this air cleaner may decrease rider leg room. Please reference dimensions provided and determine if installation will adversely affect safe and comfortable operation of the motorcycle before making your purchase. This is especially important for riders with shorter legs.

Deluxe Forward Controls for Sportster
This forward control kit fills the void between the economy versions that often leave the rider wanting better looks or function, and the billet controls that could require a second mortgage to buy. These kits come complete with a chrome shift lever, ISO®-Shift Peg, chrome brake pedal, and an ISO®-Brake Pedal Pad. Show-chrome all-steel construction combines with a four point mounting system for rock solid stability. High quality Oilite and Nyliner bushings are used throughout for smooth operation. Footpegs are not included, but footrest mounts will accept any H-D style male mount peg. We recommend ISO-Pegs, ISO-Stirrups, or our Retro Pegs for the ultimate in comfort and style.
Note: If converting an 883 or 1200 custom from H-D's stock forward controls to Küryakyn forward controls, it is necessary to change the front motor mount plates to H-D part numbers 16210-84A and 16212-84 available from your local dealer.

These kits are the same as the Deluxe models, but they include our classy, streamlined Master Cylinder Cover (P/N 9127) and a trick little cover to hide the unsightly master cylinder plunger.
Important Notes: If converting an 883 or 1200 Custom from H-D’s stock forward controls to Küryakyn forward controls, it is necessary to change the front motor mount plates to H-D part numbers 16210-84A and 16212-84, available from your local dealer.
Küryakyn forward controls work with stock and most after market staggered dual exhaust systems. Please take a moment and examine the picture above and the routing of the custom exhaust in question to look for possible interference.
